TERMS OF SERVICE

By engaging 10X Strategy Coach Services, you agree that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not confirm or alternatively, you may contact your Strategy Coach or contact us 6012-7143566 for further clarification.

COACHING

“Coaching” is a paid partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential.

CONFIRMATION

The Client confirms the coaching service, fees and terms by signing the Non Disclosure Agreement that provides mutual covenants and responsibilities for both the Coach and the Client.

SCHEDULE & FEES

The payment term is yearly. Yearly coaching fee is subject to 8% SST and is for one time full payment only. The payment is to be made before the first Coaching Session begins.  In the event traveling outside of Klang Valley/(LOCATION OF COACH) a traveling fee of 25% of coaching fee or minimum of RM1000 is required per coaching session will be charged. 

SESSION CANCELLATION AND LATENESS POLICY
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call/meeting if the client cannot make the session. Alternative coaching dates can be arranged between the Coach and the Client.

TERMINATION
In the situation where the client decides to terminate the coaching,  written notice in advance should be submitted.  All overdue payments shall be made prior to the termination from the Client to Coach through 10X CEOs SDN BHD.

REFUND POLICY

Termination by Client

In the event of Early Termination by the Client, no refund shall be granted. Both parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the signing of this contract, a full commitment is expected from both the Client and the Coach to complete a minimum of one year of the 10X Strategy Coach Journey.

Termination by Coach
In the event of Early Termination initiated by the Coach, the Client is entitled to a refund. The refund will be based on a prorated monthly fee determined by the actual coaching fee. Refunds will commence from the day the Coach initiates written notice to the Client.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be binding upon and for the benefit of the undersigned parties, their successors and assigns, prodded that Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party may not be assigned without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any term hereof.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and shall be binding upon the parties. The Malaysian Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all actions and proceedings arising out of the Agreement and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts for the purpose of any such actions and proceedings. 

OTHERS

We reserve the absolute discretion to amend any terms and conditions contained herein at any time we deem fit and appropriate and all amendments will be published onto the Website. Your continued usage of the Website and our services will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these amendments (if any).
